This policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and the rights you have to access, correct, or delete it. We try to keep this short and straight — we ain't a big tech company and we don't want your data.

1. Who we are

The Big Jim's Ranch Secrets brand is operated by MESH COMMERCE, a sole-proprietorship business established in Warsaw, Poland. MESH COMMERCE is the controller of the personal data processed through this site within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation). 2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver your order and respond to you:

• Email address — collected by our checkout processor when you buy a product, so we can deliver the file and any updates.
• Name (optional) — if you provide it during checkout.
• Order details — which product you bought, the amount paid, the date of purchase.
• Basic technical data — your IP address and browser type, logged by our hosting provider (Netlify) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect credit-card numbers or banking details. Payments are handled entirely by our checkout processor (currently easy.tools). We never see or store your card information.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the digital products you purchased.
• To send you free updates to those products as they are published.
• To respond to questions you send us by email.
• To comply with U.S., EU, U.K., Canadian, and Australian law where applicable.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services we use

The minimum set of vendors required to operate the site:

• easy.tools — checkout and payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policy at cart.easy.tools.
• Netlify — website hosting and form submissions. Subject to their privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts — for font delivery; loads anonymously per Google's font CDN privacy practices.
• YouTube (Google) — when you click play on an embedded video, YouTube applies its own cookies and privacy practices. We use the privacy-enhanced "youtube-nocookie.com" domain.

5. Cookies

Our site uses localStorage and sessionStorage (similar to cookies) for two purposes: (a) to remember a countdown timer between page visits, and (b) to remember if you have already seen the exit-intent dialog. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site at the present time. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in the future, we will update this policy.

6. How long we keep your data

Order records and email addresses associated with a purchase are retained as long as your purchase remains active (which, for a lifetime-access product, is indefinitely). Email-newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA), the UK GDPR, the CCPA (if you are in California), or other applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data
• Restriction of processing — limit what we do with your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent for marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection / supervisory authority

8. Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

If we materially change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version on this page. Substantive changes will also be notified by email to existing customers.
