Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how we handle requests for refunds on digital products purchased from Big Jim's Ranch Secrets.

1. Digital products

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered to you immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you understand that the digital product (an ebook, calendar, checklist, or bonus material) is fulfilled as soon as the download is made available to you.

2. Your consent to immediate delivery

When you complete the checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to your purchase. Once the file has been delivered or made available for download, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

3. Technical issues with your order

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased ebook — for example, a corrupted file, a broken download link, an expired link, or you received the wrong product — please contact us at bigjim.support@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will promptly re-send the ebook or, if we are unable to resolve the issue, issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice for the same product, or charged accidentally, write to us at bigjim.support@gmail.com with your order ID. We will refund any duplicate charge in full.
